K¹² is based in Herndon, VA in the United States of America. K¹² makes no claims that the content is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. JURISDICTION

No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
COMPLETE AGREEMENT
